It is a federal representation of the United States that appoints legal agents for different legal processes. Form related to FMCSA where all the states through which the client will pass must be included.

WHY DO I NEED BOC-3?

Motor carriers, freight forwarders and brokers must have a current BOC-3, Process Service Agent Designation, on file with the FMCSA to ensure operating authority and maintain active operating status.
